BJC-I 型特殊螺纹接头套管开发及应用

摘要: 根据我国典型低压、低渗透气田的工况特点, 开发了BJC-I 型气密封特殊螺纹接头套管。通过ABAQUS 有限元软件对该接头性能进行了模拟分析, 依据ISO 13679—2002 检验标准及一般油田服役工况, 进行了复合载荷试 验、热循环气密封试验及极限载荷破坏试验等试验, 分析结果显示各项性能指标完全满足设计要求。经油田现场使用, 证实了该BJC-I 型特殊螺纹接头套管有着良好的连接强度和可靠的气密封性能, 并具有易清洗、入井对扣平顺、抗螺 纹黏结能力强、作业效率高、曲线稳定等优异的使用性能。BJC-I 型气密封螺纹接头的开发为我国低压、低渗透气田低 成本高效率开发提供了产品保障。

Abstract: Casing with BJC-1 premium connection is developed on the light of the characteristics of China’ s low-pressure and lowpermeability oil and gas fields. The ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to make simulation analysis of the properties of this connection while composite load test, heat cycling airtight test and limit load destructive test are made according to ISO 13679-2002 Inspection Standards and on the basis of the general service condition of the oilfield. The analysis results indicate that all the functional indexes entirely satisfy the design requirements. Field application also confirms BJC- 1 premium connection has a series of functional advantages, such as good connective strength, reliable airtight performance, easy to be cleaned, smooth make-up in the well, good antiadhesive ability, high service efficiency and excellent curve stability. BJC-1 premium connection benefits cost-effective development of China’s low-pressure and low-permeability gas fields.
